• Agreement to meet minimum usage of 1,000 color impressions per month. This means that each month you will be billed for 1,000 color impressions ($100) regardless. If you go over your usage then each impression is simply billed at 10 cents.
• There is no minimum usage for black and white impressions. All black and white impressions are billed at 1.9 cents.

Xerox Phaser 8860MFP/D:

• Agreement to meet minimum usage of 1,500 color impressions per month. This means that each month you will be billed for 1,500 color impressions ($150) regardless. If you go over your usage then each impression is simply billed at 10 cents.
• There is no minimum usage for black and white impressions. All black and white impressions are billed at 1.9 cents.
